Schedule

A calendar that knows your day has a fee, a tip and a commission

Month calendar and day view, with duration, fee, commission and tip for each appointment. MOVA warns you when two appointments overlap, and reminders use neutral text: it only says "Meeting at 1:00 PM", with no name or amount.

Clients

A client list only you can see

History, total earned per currency and where each client came from. Call, text or WhatsApp in one tap. Client photos stay on your device only; they are never uploaded to the server.

Trips and hotels

Every trip with its hotel, its time zone and its own balance

City, dates, time zone, hotel, check-in, check-out and transportation. Hotels you have used are saved by city, so the next trip to the same place suggests them first. Each trip has a financial summary of its own.

Multi-currency finances

Dollars stay dollars. Reais stay reais.

Income, expenses, tips, commissions and promotion spending. Each currency is shown separately: MOVA never adds or converts them on its own. Reports by period, trip, city, client or source, and export to a spreadsheet when you need it.

Assistant with permissions

Let someone book for you, without handing over your phone

Invite a trusted assistant to book appointments on your behalf. You choose what they can see: schedule, amounts, trips. Everything they do shows up in the Activity screen, and you can end the access whenever you want. Client phone numbers are hidden by default.

Safety

Check a number before you meet. Let someone know you are OK.

Number lookup: see whether other professionals have posted a safety alert about a phone number. Reports are anonymous, contain no names or addresses, and include a button to report inappropriate content. Safety check-in: start a timer and, if you do not confirm "I'm OK", MOVA alerts your trusted contact.

Made for people who live between time zones

Language, country, currency and time zone are separate choices: changing one never changes the others. Book in New York time while you are in São Paulo, charge in dollars and in reais, and read everything in the language you prefer.

Works without internet

Open the app on a plane or in a basement. Create and edit appointments, clients and expenses; everything syncs when you are back online.

Five languages

Portuguese, English, Spanish, Russian and Simplified Chinese. The app follows the language you choose, not the country you are in.

Any currency, kept apart

Each amount keeps its currency. Totals are shown per currency and MOVA never converts them on its own.

Privacy and security by default

MOVA was designed to protect the data of people who work with other people's information. What matters stays with you.

  • Optional Face ID lock

    Turn it on in Settings. The app also hides its contents in the app switcher.

  • An alternate icon

    Choose an alternate, neutral icon for the home screen. The app keeps working the same way.

  • Photos stay on your device

    Client photos and report photos are never uploaded to the server. They live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.

  • No ads. We never sell your data.

    Your clients and photos are not sold or used for advertising. There are no ads and no trackers.

  • Servers in the United States

    The server and database run on providers in the United States, under data-protection agreements. If you use MOVA in Brazil, your data leaves the country.

  • Delete everything in-app

    Delete your account and data at any time from More → Settings. Clients, schedule, trips and finances are erased from the server immediately.

Questions people ask

Who is MOVA for?

For independent professionals who serve clients in several cities or countries and need to manage their own schedule, clients, trips, money and safety. It is an organization and safety tool, not a marketplace: MOVA does not advertise, intermediate or charge for any service you provide.

How much does it cost?

MOVA is free in its first version. There are no in-app purchases and no ads.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone only, with iOS 17 or later. There is no Android version.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. You can open the app, see your schedule and create or edit appointments, clients and expenses offline. Changes are sent when you are back online. Looking up a number, invitations and safety check-in need a connection.

Does MOVA convert currencies?

No, on purpose. Each currency is shown separately and MOVA never adds or converts amounts on its own, so your totals are always exact.

What can my assistant see?

Only what you allow: your schedule for the period you choose, the amounts and commission of the appointments they book, and the trip's hotel if you keep that permission on. Your own appointments appear to them as "Busy". Your client list is hidden unless you turn that on.

Are the community reports anonymous?

Yes, for everyone who looks up a number: they see only the comment and the date. Reports contain no names or addresses and have a button to report inappropriate content. The person a report is about can ask for its removal through support.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the United States. Client photos and report photos never leave your iPhone and your iCloud. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time.

In which countries is MOVA available?

The first version is sold on the App Store in the United States and Brazil, in five languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, Russian and Simplified Chinese.
